Deposits
A deposit as stated on your flyer is required within 10 days of your holiday confirmation.  Some activities/products have their own strict deposit regulations, which you will be made aware of at the time of booking. Failure to pay the deposit may result in your travel arrangements being cancelled.

Payments
Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of intended travel are to be paid in full immediately upon confirmation.  In the event that Kiwi Tours Ltd agrees to the acceptance of Credit Card payments, the right is reserved to charge a fee of 2% of payment to the Credit Card Holder for this service.

Cancellation Penalties
Days Prior to Departure	Fee
28 Days or more	$NZ55.00 per person plus any Ground operator charges.
8 to 28 Days	$NZ110 per person plus any Ground operator charges.
7 Days or less	100% of the holiday costs at the discretion of the land content service providers and Kiwi Tours Ltd.

Travel Insurance
Kiwi Tours Ltd strongly recommends that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking.
